For Christian widows, these difficulties are even greater due to poverty, limited opportunities, and discrimination. The Widow Support Program by Labour of Christ NGO is designed to uplift, encourage, and empower widows so they can live with dignity and hope. Through financial assistance, vocational training, and spiritual encouragement, our mission is to stand with women who have lost their life partners and are struggling to rebuild their lives.
Our vision is to create a Christ-centered home where orphaned and abandoned children can grow up in love, safety, and dignity. The Orphanage Home will not only provide shelter but also offer education, healthcare, and emotional care, ensuring that these children are given the opportunity to live fulfilling lives.
Widows often experience financial instability, lack of housing, and emotional isolation. With little access to education or employment, many widows are left dependent on others, making them vulnerable to neglect and abuse. For Christian widows, the challenges increase because of minority status and limited community resources.
